Nico Hohman is an award-winning leadership consultant with an extensive background in business development, sales training, and change management roles in the real estate, construction, nonprofit, political, religious, and financial sectors throughout the United States. Nico is the Founder and Creator of Eaactive Leadership, a leadership consulting organization aimed at developing everyday professionals into future business, civic, and community leaders whose goals are to virtuously lead their followers, nurture the Five Major Cares, create more of the Common Good, and change the world for the better.
Nico's focus is to help others be leaders in their communities, guide their followers, and make better decisions using the findings of their personalized Eaactive Leadership Style Assessment (ELSA).

He advises mid-cap investors specifically looking to develop multifamily, townhouse, single-family rentals, or other residential development projects.
Nico Hohman is an award-winning, licensed Florida real estate broker and Director of Tomlin Commercial Real Estate Services. Since 2014, Nico has been involved in the brokerage and management of over 300 properties valued at nearly $100,000,000.00. He was the Founder of Hohman Homes, a residential real estate brokerage and property management firm, and HHRG, a commercial real estate services firm. Mr. Hohman has personally directed, managed, and trained over 350 agents during his real estate career.
Nico was named a RISMedia 2019 Real Estate Newsmaker in the “Futurist” category for his forward-thinking contributions to the real estate industry.
Nico also served as the Chairman of the Hillsborough County Historic Resources Review Board (HRRB.) The HRRB strives to protect architectural and archaeological sites in Hillsborough County. He served as a member of the Board of Director at Stellar MLS in Orlando, Fla. and he served a two-year term as a member of the Board of Directors at Greater Tampa Realtors.
Mr. Hohman, a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Construction Management, is a contributing author to REALTOR Magazine and Inman, an innovative news source for the real estate industry. He was also an adjunct professor of real estate at HCC.
Nico is actively involved in improving the Tampa Bay area community and beyond by serving on committees and boards at Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay, the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, Greater Tampa Realtors, Florida Realtors, Nativity Catholic School Board, Toastmasters International, the UF Construction Management Alumni Association, and the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Guild.
From 2013-2018, Coach Hohman was the Head Golf Coach at Jesuit High School in Tampa. He won a FHSAA District title every year, two FHSAA Region titles, and was a State Finalist every year.
In his free time, Nico enjoys watching his beloved Chicago Cubs, Tampa Bay Lightning, Florida Gators, and Borussia Dortmund. Nico and his wife Jessica have three children - Brooks, Vance, and Reese - and a dog named Wrigley.
